Darriaud - Cotes du Rhone, 2020

Darriaud Rose is made using hand harvested grapes subjected to the Provencal ‘rosé de presse’ method. This very gentle pressing extracts as much aroma and flavour as possible with the least amount of tannins. The wine is vinified at cool temperatures in stainless steel vats to preserve these delicate aromas and flavours.
