Darriaud - Cotes du Rhone, 2020
Darriaud Rose is made using hand harvested grapes subjected to the Provencal ‘rosé de presse’ method. This very gentle pressing extracts as much aroma and flavour as possible with the least amount of tannins. The wine is vinified at cool temperatures in stainless steel vats to preserve these delicate aromas and flavours.
Te Whare Ra, Anna & Jason Flowerday, 2019
An ideal partner for all things seafood, this organically farmed New Zealand Sauvignon offers great freshness and a deal more subtlety than many of its compatriots. Tropical, fresh with citrus and elderflower.
Pet Nat Davenport White, 2020
Gently sparkling, this is a wondefurl accompaniment to a summer barbecue. As an aperitif or served alongside shellfish, it's beautifully floral with a cider-like edge. Apples, melons and elderflower melt slowly on the tongue.
Gaintza Txakolina Rosado, 2019
Grown on calcareous clay soil, the vineyards are situated at 300 meters from the Cantabrian sea. It's made in very small quantities due to the rarity of the red Hondarrabi Beltz grape, a relative of Cabernet Franc, that gives the colour. The fresh red cherry and cranberry are the perfect match for spring nights.
